Connor's Rockin' G Farm's terms of sale
are as follows. Connor's Rockin' G Farm
reserves the right to change
our terms of sale, if deemed
necessary.
A non-refundable deposit of
$50 per animal will hold the
goat of your choice, once the
goat is listed for sale. All sales
are first come, first served. So,
if you want an animal that is
listed for sale, a deposit is the
only way that animal will be
held.
We will ship at the buyers
request. However, all fees
must be paid upfront. Extra
fees include shipping
expenses (testing, health
certificate, crate, etc). If your
state requires Brucellosis, TB
or other special testing, it will
be added to your bill. Shipping
will be from Jackson-Medgar
Evers International Airport,
Jackson, Mississippi. It is
strongly recommended that
goats are shipped on non stop
flights whenever possible. You
should be at the airport to pick
up your animal as soon as the
flight lands.
We are willing to deliver any
animal to any show we plan
to attend at no extra cost to
the buyer. The buyer should
make prior arrangements with
Rockin' G Farm for this
courtesy.
All animals will be healthy
prior to leaving Rockin' G
Farm. We test for CAE
annually and use various
labs to insure quality
testing. Johnes and CL will
be tested at the request
of a potential buyer if the
buyer pays for the extra testing.
There has never been any
reason for Rockin' G Farm to
suspect the possibility of any of
these diseases. Mississippi is
considered a Brucellosis free
state. Some goats have been
testing for Brucellosis in order to
show in other states. These test
results are negative and will be
tested at buyers expense.
WADDLE will be used for this
test.
Once weaned, we ask that you
plan to pick up your animal within
a week at 119 Virginia Drive,
Florence, Mississippi 39073 unless other
arrangements have been made.
There will be a $5 per day fee for
any animals not picked up within
that time frame. All of our stock is
dam raised. We expect our does
to be good mothers and caring for
their offspring is part of that. Bottle
babies must be picked up prior to
2 weeks old. The only bottle babies will
be the ones that we feel we must
bottle for their health or prior arrangements
have been made for the baby to be
bottled. Nigerian Dwarf are the easiest
breed to get to take a bottle.
However, some goats do not take to a
bottle after being dam raised. Prior
experience with bottling is recommended.
It takes patience and persistence to bottle
feed. The more time spent with your
goat, the tamer they are.
We reserve the right to cancel
any sale for any animal that we
deem necessary for the well
being of that animal prior to the
animal leaving our farm. If we
choose to cancel a sale, we will
refund any deposit made toward
the purchase of that animal
minus daily care and upkeep.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
By sending a deposit, buyer
agrees to be bound by terms of
sale. All animals are healthy when
they leave Rockin' G Farm and
we will not be held responsible
for loss of an animal due to shipping
stress or illness contracted after
they leave our care.
ROCKIN' G FARM RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO RETAIN ANY
KID BORN ON OUR FARM AT
ANY TIME.
